REDUCE MATERIAL WASTE
Bergkamp Inc. offers the FP5 Flameless Pothole Patcher which drastically reduces material waste with its insulated 5.1 cubic yard electric-heated hopper that keeps asphalt at a constant temperature and pliable for an extended period of time. The FP5 is available in both truck- and trailer-mounted versions. Its electric heat system, powered by an on-board hydraulic-powered AC generator, provides more consistent heat to the material in the hopper and minimizes potential safety problems. The thermostat allows the temperature to be set to match the material being transported. The system can be plugged into an external power source to keep material at the proper temperature.
