netEOP is a web-enabled application that stores emergency operations plans, combined with planning guidance that is compliant with federal, state and local standards. netPlanner, an all-hazards capability-based planning tool, allows multiple users to participate and engage in active collaboration during the planning process. netPlanner is being added to installations of netEOP by a range of government organizations, most recently the Kansas Department of Emergency Management (KDEM) and the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE).
