INCREASED POWER AND GREATER BOOM CONTROL
The Volvo VR-843C telescopic material handler offers ergonomic functionality, increased power and greater boom control. It has a 43-foot, 1 inch lift height; a forward reach of 28 feet, 2 inches; a reach below grade of 2 feet, 8 inches; a rated lift capacity of 8,000 pounds (3636 kg); and a turbocharged 110-hp Cummins engine.
Volvo hydraulics provide greater control of the load throughout the boom lifting range. Results include accelerated telescopic action, which puts the load into position faster, and built-in cushioning at the end of the lifting sequence, allowing the load to be placed and transported with greater smoothness.
A single joystick is standard. Available attachments include a variety of buckets and truss booms as well as 90-degree swing carriages, and side-tilting carriages.
