1,000-HP WHOLE TREE CHIPPER
Bandit's new 1,000-hp Model 3590 whole tree chipper transforms logging slash, land clearing waste, whole trees and brush into a uniform, saleable chip product faster and more efficiently than ever before. The secret to the Model 3590's power lies in its newly designed discharge system and one-of-a-kind feed system. The feed system features a wide 38-inch by 40-inch opening that can accept material up to 30 inches in diameter. The four powerful feed wheels - two vertical wheels on each side and two top feed wheels set on a diagonal - work to effectively crush and compress limby material, guiding it to the oversized drum. Once at the drum, eight 12-inch long knives reduce the material into uniform, saleable chips, which are then ejected from the chipper through the high-velocity chip discharge system. This powerful system allows the Model 3590 to quickly pack a 48-foot trailer, meaning fewer trips to the dump site, saving time and money. Loggers, land clearers and industry professionals know that hauling away logging slash, tops and other tree waste is costly and inefficient. The Model 3590 quickly disposes of these unwanted materials and produces valuable fuel chips for use in biomass and wood-fired energy operations. Why waste time hauling away tops and tree waste when the Model 3590 will quickly and efficiently turn the unwanted material into valuable chips? The Model 3590 is available with time-saving features and options, such as an optional high-capacity backhoe-style loader with a roomy operator's cab giving the operator excellent visibility. The Model 3590 is also available with engine options starting from 600 hp. As with all Bandit chippers, the Model 3590 can be customized.
