SOIL COMPACTION ANALYZER ENSURES TOP QUALITY WORK
Dynapac Compaction Analyzer is a reliable system for measuring compaction and ensuring top quality work on all types of projects. The system helps avoid unnecessary runs, saving fuel and time, as well as indicating when set compaction levels are reached.
The system is built on several parts: a Compaction Meter, the Dynapac Compaction Analyzer (DCA) and a GPS function. The Compaction Meter gives the roller operator information on the increase in compaction for each run, as well as showing variations in the rigidity of the underlying surface. It can locate weak areas and indicates when the material is fully compacted. The Compaction Meter helps avoid an unnecessary number of runs, which reduces both fuel consumption and Advanced Technologicalwear on the machines.
Industry SpecifiWith the Dynapac Compaction Analyzer, the operator can continuously read Superior Ride the compaction results on his instrument panel. Maintenance Cost It registers all the measurement values from the Compaction Meter, while at the same time the operator can see the compaction results immediately on the computer screen. Dynapac has developed this unique combination so that the compaction will be correct from the very start, ensuring best possible efficiency.
With an additional GPS system, all the runs can be documented for quality assurance. The DCA shows the position of the roller in relation to a selected reference line for the section, which eliminates the need for extra setting out to orientate the operator. The analysis function enables the compaction work to be replayed to assess if the roller has been used efficiently or if the roller pattern needs to be optimized.
