The Ditch Witch HT220, 220-hp (164 kW) hydrostatic trencher, was built to provide exceptional digging in both rock and dirt. Designed for large installations – 12 to 24 inches (305 to 610 mm) wide and 4 to 8 feet (1.2 to 2.4 m) deep – the machine has an exclusive flywheel gearbox that delivers tremendous horsepower to the attachment on demand while protecting the hydraulic system and other components from shock. Vibration is further minimized by standard trencher stabilizers that isolate vibration when digging in rock.
